1. Introduction

Welcome to Pension Clause. These terms govern your use of our services, information products and physical products. By accessing or using any part of our offerings, you agree to these terms.

3. Scope of Offerings

3.1 Professional Services

Senior legal support for pensions and entitlements, including advisory sessions, document preparation and representation.

3.2 Information Products

Digital guides, webinars and templates related to pension rights and entitlements.

3.3 Physical Products

Printed manuals, reference booklets and other educational materials.

4. Scheduling and Provision

Professional Services are scheduled by mutual agreement. You may request a change no later than 14 days before the session. We will confirm any modification in writing.

5. Fees and Payment

Fees are as stated on our website or in proposals. All payments must be completed prior to delivery of the offering.

6. Reimbursement Policy

Professional Services: If you cancel at least 14 days before the scheduled session, we will issue reimbursement of the paid fee minus a 10% administrative charge. Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable due to resource allocation. In lieu of reimbursement, you may reschedule once at no extra charge.

Information Products: You may request reimbursement within 30 days of first access. After approval, the paid fee will be reimbursed in full.

Physical Products: You may send back an unused item within 14 days of delivery. Once we receive and inspect the item in original condition, we will issue reimbursement of the paid fee, minus any shipping costs.

Non-Refundable Services: Certain individualized case analysis services commence immediately upon booking. These are non-refundable due to immediate dedication of specialist time.

All reimbursements are processed via the original payment method within 15 business days of approval.

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling

For Professional Services, cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made in writing. One free reschedule is allowed per booking. Further modifications may incur additional charges.

8. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Changes will be posted at pensionclause.pro and become effective upon posting.
